This page explains the marketing website’s contact request and optional analytics choices, and how to ask about product data handling.
Contact requests
When you request a demo, evaluation or sales conversation, the website sends your name, email, company, selected workflow and request type to Revvalo. Role and notes are optional. We use these details to respond to your request.
The request includes the page path, privacy-notice version and a receipt identifier. Where you have enabled optional analytics, permitted campaign identifiers may accompany the request. The request is recorded for reliable delivery and duplicate prevention.
Your request does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include sensitive customer, patient or worker information in the notes.
Requests about your data
Contact privacy@revvalo.com about access, correction, deletion, retention or other privacy questions. Include the relevant workspace or receipt reference where useful, and avoid sending passwords or sensitive records.
Website analytics choices
Optional website interaction analytics are off by default. The control in the footer lets you enable or disable them. Your choice is saved in local browser storage. Global Privacy Control is respected.
When enabled, events describe selected calls to action, illustrated tour stages and request outcomes. They do not include your name, email, company, notes or CRM records. Opening a form or clicking submit is not counted as an accepted request.
The site does not load an advertising pixel. The contact form remains usable without optional analytics. Typeface files are requested from Google Fonts when the pages load; your browser makes those external requests.
Product and deployment data
For product processing, connected providers, model use, data location, retention and contractual responsibilities, request the documentation applicable to your workspace and agreement. This website notice does not replace that documentation.
